Andrea Montermini

He has worked as a management consultant since 1998. He is a founding partner and Director at Blupeter S.p.A., where he directs the company in the Aerospace and Defense sector and in Business Negotiations & Commercial Disputes. The majority of his experience is in the industrial sector, with a focus on high-tech (particularly Aerospace & Defense, Industrial Machines and Plants, Automotive and Electronics), to which he also brings a unique knowledge concerning themes in both Retail and Energy. He possesses in-depth capacities in business planning, performance improvement (program & risk management, development, operations, contracting & business deals, organization), support for International Claims and Arbitration (industrial advisory, expertise report, legal counsel coordination). He was a senior manager at Solving International and a member of the International Technical Committee of the Group; he has lived in Sweden. He has a degree in Business Management from the Politecnico of Milan. He was born in 1972 and has two children.
